Role Overview

A leading multimedia company in West Flanders is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to accelerate its digital roadmap. You will analyse current processes, define strategic improvements, and guide the organisation through key transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing digital processes, systems, and workflows.
• Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy.
• Advise on technology solutions (automation, cloud, data, content workflows).
• Lead change‐management efforts and support team adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and leadership levels.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and report on transformation impact.

Required Profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation
• Strong expertise in process optimisation and digital tooling.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (mandatory).
• Independent, structured, and results‐driven working style.
